Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions inside customer environments. You will work on multi-agent orchestration, grounding, and real-time telemetry, connecting AFO/Agentforce to Salesforce Data Cloud and ERP systems.

You will code production features, implement MCP-based communications, and collaborate with Deployment Strategists and AI Engineers to deliver deployable solutions from day one.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with at least one production AI project.
• Strong coding skills in one modern language and production AI/data engineering experience.
• Experience with API design and enterprise integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions inside customer environments.
• Develop multi-agent orchestration, data grounding, and real-time dashboards.
• Integrate AFO/Agentforce with Salesforce Data Cloud and core ERPs via middleware.
