Job summary

American Unit, Inc. in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer specialized in Salesforce Agentforce to partner with business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate high-value AI opportunities into production-ready solutions.

You will design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents, develop RAG pipelines and agentic workflows, integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems, and drive adoption through demonstrations, workshops, and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including configuration, customization, integration, and development.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI-powered applications and agentic workflows.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and integration technologies.
• Experience working in Agile environments and participating in end-to-end solution delivery.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with customer-facing experience.
• 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience including configuration, customization, integration, and development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents using Salesforce Agentforce to address business and operational challenges.
• Partner with customers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify, scope, and deliver impactful AI solutions.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, prompt strategies, and multi-agent orchestration solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce, enterprise applications, APIs, and third-party platforms.
• Configure and customize Salesforce platform components, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Einstein AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with solution architects and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Conduct solution workshops, demonstrations, and technical discussions with business and customer stakeholders.
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve AI agent performance, reliability, security, and adoption.
• Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD, governance, and best practices for Salesforce and AI implementations.
• Build and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, deployment guides, and knowledge assets.
