Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development/architecture experience.
• Hands-on design and deployment of AI-powered applications and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Data Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
• Collaborate with customers and teams to translate business needs into solutions.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines and agentic workflows within Salesforce.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems via APIs.
• Configure Salesforce components, including Service/Sales Cloud and Einstein AI.
• Create documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge assets.
