Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer focused on Agentforce Operations to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions inside customer environments. You will connect advanced AI agents to the broader enterprise tech landscape and write production code from day one.

In this role, you’ll work in an agile pod with a Deployment Strategist and Specialized AI Engineers, architect real-time data grounding, and implement multi-agent coordination across systems such as SAP,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery with production AI deployments.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
• Hands-on AI grounding, LLM orchestration, and RAG pipeline experience.
• API design experience and agent protocols (MCP, tool calling).
• Experience integrating enterprise apps and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions inside customer environments.
• Develop multi-agent orchestration and tool-calling logic with MCP standards.
• Architect real-time data grounding systems using vector databases and knowledge bases.
• Create and maintain APIs (REST, GraphQL, webhooks) and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategists and AI engineers in agile pods.
