Job summary

WRITER is seeking a senior customer success professional to own deployment and activation success across a customer portfolio. You will embed in customers' organizations, design and execute strategies that drive adoption, and build champion networks and training programs. This is a hybrid role based in our San Francisco or Seattle hub.

You'll partner with a Transformation lead to tailor WRITER capabilities to use cases, create measurable business outcomes, and scale AI programs over time.

Qualifications

• At least 9 years of proven track record owning activation success and driving measurable adoption outcomes.
• Deep experience understanding customer use cases: map workflows and objectives.
• Experience implementing activation strategies: champion programs, office hours, dashboards, and workshops.
• Success building advocate networks and power user communities.
• Ability to connect platform usage to business outcomes and articulate ROI.
• Ability to scope, design, and deliver custom solutions and demos with stakeholders.
• Comfortable explaining technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Experience delivering virtual and live instructor-led workshops.
• Ability to tailor content for diverse audiences and own customization/delivery.
• Excellence building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong program management skills and advisor mindset.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments; accepts experimentation.
• Self-aware and committed to continuous growth.

Responsibilities

• Own activation and platform success: understand customer use cases, objectives, and success metrics.
• Build and co-develop custom AI solutions translating use cases into workflows with business impact.
• Design and execute activation strategies to drive platform adoption and outcomes.
• Implement champion programs, office hours, dashboards, trainings, and workshops.
• Build champion communities and power-user networks within customer organizations.
• Train internal customer trainers to scale enablement and drive engagement.
• Lead educational workshops and live events tailored to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate across functions to refine materials based on feedback and adoption data.
• Develop relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
