Job summary

WRITER is seeking a customer success professional to own deployment and activation success across a customer portfolio. You’ll embed into customer organizations, understand business objectives, and build programs that turn AI investment into measurable outcomes. Hybrid role based in New York City with travel expectations.

You’ll design activation strategies, build champion networks, and advise on scaling AI programs over time, creating durable customer value and adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience owning activation success and driving adoption outcomes.
• Ability to map customer use cases to workflows and measurable ROI.
• Proven track record building advocacy networks and working with stakeholders.
• Skilled at designing and delivering activation strategies and workshops.
