Job summary

WRITER is seeking a customer success professional who will own deployment and activation across a portfolio. You’ll embed in customers’ organizations, design strategies, and drive adoption through workshops and champion networks.

You’ll work with a Transformation lead to align WRITER capabilities with use cases and scale AI programs over time, creating measurable business impact in a hybrid SF/Seattle hub.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years owning activation success and driving adoption outcomes.
• Deep ability to map customer use cases to workflows and objectives.
• Experience implementing activation strategies: dashboards, programs, and workshops.
• Proven track record building advocate networks and power-user communities.
• Ability to link platform usage to business ROI and outcomes.
