Job summary

WRITER is seeking a customer success professional to own deployment and activation across a diverse customer portfolio. You will embed within customer organizations, understand business objectives, and design programs that translate AI investments into measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes building champion networks, delivering customized trainings, and scaling AI programs through strategic collaboration with a Transformation lead. Hybrid work in Seattle or San Francisco hub.

Qualifications

• At least 9 years of proven track record owning activation success and driving measurable adoption outcomes.
• Deep experience understanding customer use cases and translating them into workflows with business impact.
• Experience implementing activation strategies: champion programs, dashboards, workshops.
• Success building advocate networks and power user communities.
• Ability to connect platform usage to business outcomes and articulate ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own activation and platform success by understanding customer use cases and objectives.
• Build and co-develop custom AI solutions with customers to drive measurable outcomes.
• Design and execute activation strategies to drive platform adoption and business results.
• Implement champion programs, office hours, dashboards, trainings, and workshops.
• Build champion communities and power user networks to accelerate adoption.
• Lead educational workshops and live events tailored to diverse audiences.
• Refine materials based on feedback and adoption data; collaborate cross-functionally.
