DTN is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer, Agriculture to support complex enterprise software sales and growth across our Agriculture business. You will partner with executives, merchants, and technical teams to understand challenges, develop solution strategies, and demonstrate the value of DTN's Ag Hub platform.

The role requires strong consultative discovery, technical acumen, and storytelling skills, with accountability for transitioning to delivery and driving customer adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Engineering or related consulting for enterprise software.
• Proven success leading executive-level discovery and multi-stakeholder deals.
• Strong presentation and storytelling with value-based messaging.

Responsabilités

• Lead executive and operational discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand processes and outcomes.
• Translate needs into DTN Ag Hub solution strategies and adoption paths.
• Position DTN's Agriculture platform and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Lead workshops, demos, pilots, and RFx responses with customers and partners.
• Present ROI and business value to executives and technical audiences.
