Job summary

DTN is seeking a high-energy Account Executive – Agriculture to identify, prospect, and acquire new business in the agriculture sector. You will hunt for opportunities, build a qualified pipeline, and move customers from acquisition to account management for ongoing value.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in SaaS/software sales, strong executive engagement skills, and proven ability to communicate industry insights that differentiate DTN in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, new business development, or customer acquisition.
• ~4+ years of experience in SaaS and software sales.
• Demonstrated success selling to senior executives with insights.
• Proficiency with Salesforce for lead tracking and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in DTN’s agriculture solutions.
• Develop understanding of DTN products and communicate their value to prospects.
• Leverage networks and referrals to generate qualified leads.
• Execute prospecting via cold calls, email, networking, and events.
• Build a strong pipeline through market research and consistent lead gen.
• Stay informed on agriculture trends and customer needs to identify opportunities.
