Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an experienced Agile Coach to drive enterprise Agile Transformation for a large federal program from Austin, TX. You will mentor executives, managers, PO/SMs and teams, shaping delivery using SAFe, Scrum, and Lean practices.

The role requires hands-on coaching, cross-team planning, and governance support to improve cadence, reporting, and DevSecOps integration across IT verticals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of practical Agile experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile concepts with emphasis on SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Product Ownership, and scaling.
• Hands-on organizational change agent across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Agile transformation for multiple teams and programs.
• Facilitate workshops to teach Agile/Lean, Scrum, and Kanban principles.
• Lead Agile training for government stakeholders and contractors.
