Job summary

Blavity, Inc. is looking for a Sr Associate, AfroTech Client Services to support brand partnerships for AfroTech from concept through execution. The role covers operational execution across an assigned portfolio of mid-tier sponsorship accounts for digital campaigns and live events, including AfroTech Conference.

This position reports directly to the Director, AfroTech Client Services. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, timelines, and deliverables; translating SOWs into actionable

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or related field preferred.
• 3+ years' experience in client services, account coordination, or conference/events operations.
• 2+ years in meetings, events, enterprise level sponsor management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational contact for assigned mid-tier accounts; manage logistics and timelines.
• Assist in translating SOWs and onboarding docs into actionable task lists.
• Coordinate sponsor logistics communications including promo codes and booth confirmations.
• Maintain master client tracker and Map Your Show; update Asana milestones.
• Participate in sponsor calls and meetings; capture notes and follow through.
