Job summary

BlueTuskr is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships for a portfolio of e-commerce brands and to oversee a team of Account Strategists. This role focuses on relationship-building, proactive strategy, and ensuring client success across paid and owned media, creative, and analytics.

You’ll manage 6–8 clients, coach the team, align with leadership on KPIs, and develop repeatable processes that scale as the agency grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of agency experience with direct client management.
• Experience mentoring other Account Managers/ Strategists.
• Familiarity with paid, organic, or creative concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Experience with e-commerce or D2C clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 6–8 e-commerce clients end-to-end.
• Lead and mentor a team of Account Strategists.
• Collaborate with Performance and Project Management for a cohesive client experience.
• Set department KPIs and report progress.
• Identify opportunities to improve account management processes.
• Drive client retention and growth.
