Job summary

Blavity Inc. is seeking a Sr Associate, AfroTech Client Services to drive operational execution for brand partnerships, from concept through live and digital campaigns including AfroTech events.

You will manage mid-tier sponsor accounts, coordinate logistics, timelines, and assets, and support the CS team under the Director of AfroTech Client Services. You’ll coordinate pre-conference logistics, vendor communications, and on-site support during the AfroTech Conference, reporting on milestones

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in client services, account coordination, or conference/events operations at a media agency, publisher, or events company.
• Experience in meetings, events, enterprise-level client/sponsor management is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office, Google Suite, Asana; familiar with exhibitor management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned mid-tier sponsor accounts, managing logistics and timelines.
• Own day-to-day logistics coordination for AfroTech sponsors; translate SOWs into actionable tasks and milestones.
• Coordinate sponsor communications, ticketing, booth confirmations, and asset tracking.
• Maintain master client tracker and Map Your Show data; manage Asana milestones.
• On-site lead for sponsor booths during AfroTech Conference and related events.
