Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Iterable to manage campaign builds and lists.
• Experience with high-volume newsletter production across multiple properties.
• Demonstrated QA discipline with multi-step checklists.
• Ability to read analytics: open rates, CTR, engagement.
• Strong process discipline with documented workflows.
• Clear, proactive communication and escalation when blocked.
• Ability to research answers using available tools; comfortable with AI assistance.

Responsibilities

• Own 6-8 newsletter sends per day across four brands.
• Execute a mix of RSS-automated and manual builds with prep work.
• Apply editorial judgment using performance data for curation decisions.
• Communicate status with editorial, creative, and engineering stakeholders.
• Administer Pre-Send QA checklist across copy, links, assets, and audience.
• Maintain full send schedule and communicate schedule changes.
