Job summary

Blex Technologies is looking for a Head of Strategy, Coach Community, to oversee their networking program. This virtual role will involve managing interactions with coaches, developing events, and collaborating with the Advisory Board.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field and experience in event management. A commitment of 10-12 hours per month is required for a 4-6 month period. Join Blex to support the Black community in discussing their sexual health.

As Head of Strategy, Coach Networking you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee the strategic direction of the blexCoach networking program that manages ongoing interactions with the coaches to keep them engaged, inspired and appreciated.
• Brainstorm, plan, and execute all programming initiatives, including but not limited to developing events, meet-ups, marketing and social media related to the program.
• Work closely with Blex Technologies Advisory Board members to gain their feedback and perspectives on the proposed programming.
• Work with external vendors and agencies (e.g., meeting coordinators, freelance writers) to create programmatic content.
• Set and meet or exceed desired KPIs and metrics to help determine ROI and success on programming efforts.
• Serve as primary liaison for coaches to facilitate collaboration and ongoing support.
• Attend bi-weekly team calls, on an as needed basis.
• $150 monthly stipend.
