Job summary

Blex Technologies is looking for a Head of Strategy, Coach Community, to oversee their networking program. This virtual role will involve managing interactions with coaches, developing events, and collaborating with the Advisory Board.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field and experience in event management. A commitment of 10-12 hours per month is required for a 4-6 month period. Join Blex to support the Black community in discussing their sexual health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree related to Psychology, Sociology, or Counseling.
• Experience managing events, webinars, meet-ups, or small-scale professional gatherings.
• Experience with proposal development, strategy presentations, and measurement tactics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic direction of the blexCoach networking program.
• Brainstorm and execute programming initiatives and events.
• Work with Advisory Board members for feedback on programming.
