Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Affordable Housing Senior Community Manager to oversee on-site operations of a housing community, including staff leadership, leasing, maintenance, and risk management. You will manage budgets, administer resident programs, and ensure compliance with safety and Fair Housing guidelines.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and experience in housing; CAM/ARM preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent housing industry experience.
• Experience supervising on-site staff and coordinating leasing, maintenance, and admin activities.
• Fair Housing Laws knowledge and OSHA requirements understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a housing community under Regional Manager guidance.
• Supervise staff, hire/train, schedule, and coach to ensure performance.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor financials.
• Lead leasing, marketing plans, and resident relations to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Respond to emergencies on-site and ensure compliance with safety and fair housing guidelines.
