Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and administration while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of affordable housing experience; CAM or ARM is preferred, and solid computer skills. You will develop annual budgets, marketing plans, resident retention programs, and respond to resident

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under the supervision of the Regional Manager.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, administrative and risk management.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and marketing plans.
• Address resident complaints and ensure resident satisfaction.

Education
