Job summary

Asset Living is actively seeking a Community Manager to oversee the entire operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage all phases of the operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management, ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

Preferred qualifications include 2+ years in affordable housing programs, CAM/ARM certifications, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in affordable housing programs
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• CAM or ARM certification preferred
• On-site leadership and staff supervision experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community on-site
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration & risk management
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor financials
• Lead leasing and marketing efforts to maximize occupancy and NOI
