Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing processes, budgets, and resident relations on-site.

The role requires experience with affordable housing programs and strong knowledge of fair housing guidelines, OSHA standards, and on-site software tools. A CAM/ARM certification is preferred and a Bachelor’s degree is favored.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ housing industry experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of housing community and supervise staff on-site.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and monitor finances.
• Manage leasing, marketing plans, and resident relations.
• Emergency on-call and safety compliance as part of the on-site team.
