Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, and risk management on-site, ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

Ideal candidates will have experience with affordable housing programs and a CAM/ARM preferred, with strong staff leadership and a focus on resident satisfaction and cost control.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, etc.).
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a housing community under Regional Manager.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and risk management.
• Develop annual operating budgets and monitor incomes/expenses.
• Create yearly marketing plans and leasing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
