Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under Regional Manager supervision. You will supervise staff, ensure leasing, maintenance, safety, and compliance with policies, and drive resident satisfaction.

Key duties include budgeting, marketing plans, and ensuring timely reporting. Previous affordable housing experience and CAM/ARM designations are valued, with a focus on strong customer service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred for advancement.
• Experience in affordable housing or property management is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
