AV in the United States seeks a Senior Contracts Manager to lead complex contract management for aerospace programs. The role partners with legal, finance, procurement, and engineering to streamline workflows and mitigate risk, overseeing bid, capture, negotiation, and lifecycle performance.

The successful candidate will draft and negotiate diverse agreements, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with audit agencies to support multi-year contracts and business objectives.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in aerospace/defense/government contracting environment.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (Secret, Top Secret preferred).
• FAR/DFAR knowledge; OTA knowledge and government acquisition concepts.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Operations, Contracts leaders and other functions on bid and proposal prep, contract negotiation, review and administration.
• Manage contract lifecycle activities including proposal review, pre/post award negotiations, modifications, close-outs and program support for multi-year contracts.
• Draft, evaluate and negotiate NDAs, S/PAs, Subcontracts, License Agreements, Master Agreements and other contracts including FAR-based and OTA arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies; monitor performance and summarize obligations for stakeholders.
• Coordinate terms and conditions flow-downs with program management, engineering, finance, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing; liaise with DCMA and auditors.
