AV in Huntsville, AL seeks a Senior Contracts Manager to lead complex aerospace contract management across bid, capture and negotiation. You will partner with legal, finance, procurement and engineering to streamline workflows, assess performance and mitigate risks while ensuring compliant execution throughout the lifecycle.

This role requires extensive DoD and FAR/DFAR knowledge, senior-level drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to interact with DCMA audits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (required).
• Minimum 8–10 years' experience in aerospace/defense/government contracting.
• Active or ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance (Secret or higher).
• Strong knowledge of Federal and international regulations and related legal concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead bid, capture and contract negotiation processes and documents across complex aerospace projects.
• Manage contract lifecycle: reviews, modifications, amendments, and performance assessments.
• Draft, evaluate and negotiate various agreements including NDAs, S/PAs, subcontracts, licenses and master agreements.
