Job summary

AV in the United States seeks a Senior Contracts Manager to lead complex aerospace contracts across the lifecycle, from bid and negotiations to performance tracking and amendments. You will partner with legal, finance, procurement and engineering to drive compliant, risk-managed agreements that support strategic business goals.

The role requires 8–10 years of aerospace/government contracting experience, a strong understanding of FAR/DFAR, and the ability to work with DCMA and other audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in business/contract management.
• Experience in aerospace/defense or government contracting environments preferred.
• FAR/DFAR knowledge and government contracting experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with legal, finance, procurement and engineering to streamline contract workflows.
• Evaluate contract performance, manage relationships, and support amendments.
• Lead drafting, review and negotiation of various contract types and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies across contracts.
• Coordinate flow-downs of terms with program management, engineering and finance.
• Engage with DCMA/audit bodies and oversee contract documentation and reporting.
• Support lifecycle management from bid through close-out and post-award activities.
