Capstone Research Corporation in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of government contracts, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and internal policies. You will negotiate terms, manage performance, and mitigate risks across DoD programs.

The role requires extensive experience in government contract management and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and government customers to ensure contract success and compliance.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in government contract management or related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex federal contracts through lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and federal contracting regs.
• Experience supporting DoW or other federal customers preferred.
• Experience with contract negotiations, modifications, risk assessments, and compliance.
• Experience reviewing solicitations, terms, SOWs and other documents.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full lifecycle of government contracts from proposal support to closeout.
• Review and negotiate contract terms, statements of work, and documents.
• Monitor performance, milestones, funding, and compliance.
• Process contract modifications, change orders, and task orders.
• Identify and mitigate contractual, financial, and regulatory risks.
• Maintain accurate contract files and reporting per requirements.
• Provide guidance on obligations, regulatory changes, and risks to leadership.
• Support government audits and contract reviews.
