Job summary

Uber is seeking a Sr Client Partner for Ads to lead strategic partnerships with major Retail clients in the New York area. You will own the ads sales strategy for a portfolio of top brands and drive adoption of our ads offerings across Mobility and Delivery platforms, working closely with Partner Managers to meet marketing objectives.

The role requires resilience in a fast-paced environment, a track record of enterprise ad sales, and the ability to influence senior-level decision makers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time experience in end-to-end enterprise digital advertising sales.
• Experience selling advertising solutions to large, complex enterprise brands and organizations.

Responsibilities

• Implement ads partnership strategies that deliver on partners' objectives and exceed quarterly growth goals.
• Build relationships with Director, VP and C-level marketing executives and key decision makers.
• Navigate relationships using critical thinking and creative problem-solving in challenging partner conversations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations to deliver on partner needs.
• Expand ads product adoption across Uber's Mobility and Delivery offerings.
• Communicate the value of new ads products with a creative storytelling approach.
• Develop scalable pitch narratives for the Ads team to drive partner growth.
• Be versatile and support teammates as needed.
