Uber Technologies Inc. is seeking a Sr. Client Partner to lead our high-stakes CPG vertical, owning the full sales lifecycle for a portfolio of top-tier accounts across Mobility and Delivery platforms.

This role requires strategic sellers who thrive in ambiguity, driving adoption of new products while building long-term trust and consistently hitting aggressive targets. You’ll navigate complex negotiations, collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations, and communicate with data-driven

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end Enterprise or Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales.
• Experience selling advertising solutions to large, complex brands or organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Mansioni

• Build and grow long-term partnerships with Director, VP, and C-level marketing executives by deeply understanding their business goals and earning trust through reliability.
• Navigate the ambiguity of an expanding ads portfolio, adapting your sales approach to drive adoption of new products across Mobility and Delivery platforms.
• Manage complex sales pipelines with discipline and urgency, balancing the need for persistence in long-term deals with the speed required for quarterly growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to shape proposals, unblock internal hurdles, and deliver solutions that scale.
• Employ creative problem-solving and critical thinking to resolve blockers and influence decision-makers during high-pressure negotiations.
• Communicate with clarity and resilience through tough client objections, using data and storytelling to quantify opportunities and differentiate Uber's offerings.
