Job summary

Uber is seeking a strategic Ads Sr Client Partner to lead advertising partnerships with top Retail partners, owning ads sales strategy for a portfolio of brands and driving adoption across Mobility and Delivery platforms.

You will collaborate with Partner Managers to meet marketing objectives, navigate high-ambition environments, and shape Uber's advertising business through long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time experience in end-to-end Enterprise / Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales.
• Experience selling advertising solutions to large, complex enterprise brands and organizations.

Responsibilities

• Implement ads partnership strategies that deliver on partners' marketing objectives and exceed quarterly growth goals.
• Build relationships with Director, VP and C-level marketing executives and decision makers.
• Navigate relationships and difficult partner conversations with critical thinking and creative problem-solving.
• Partner across Product, Marketing and Operations to deliver on partner needs.
• Expand ads product adoption across Mobility and Delivery offerings.
• Communicate the value of new ads products to differentiate offerings.
• Develop pitch narratives that scale across the Ads team and drive partner growth.
• Wear multiple hats to build the business and support teammates.
• Represent the voice of the customer to inform future product roadmaps.
