Job summary

Fluent, Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee a book of business on the Adflow platform. You will manage relationships with advertisers, drive performance, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver strategic campaigns.

You will monitor budgets, present reviews, and identify revenue opportunities while collaborating with Success leadership to educate partners on Fluent's ad solutions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing a book of business in digital performance marketing or ad tech.
• Extremely organized and meticulous with multiple advertiser campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Understand client KPIs and communicate metrics to internal teams.
• Manage onboarding and ongoing campaigns with cross-functional teams.
• Identify revenue opportunities and present strategy to advertisers.
• Lead client communications, onboarding, reporting, and reviews.
• Collaborate with leadership to educate advertisers on Fluent's ad solutions.
