Job summary

Fluent, via its Adflow platform, is looking for an Account Manager to join the Advertiser Success team in the United States. You will use performance marketing expertise, analytics, and relationship-building to manage a book of business and drive revenue growth.

You will own onboarding, reporting, and campaign optimization, communicating results and recommendations to advertisers and internal teams. Excellent communication and Excel skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience managing a book of business within digital performance marketing or ad tech.
• Commerce media experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of advertisers on the Adflow platform to meet and exceed client performance expectations.
• Lead onboarding, campaign setup, and ongoing optimization with cross-functional teams.
• Present formal business reviews and revenue-growth strategies to top clients.
• Identify and execute new revenue opportunities across Adflow inventory and channels.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Creative Strategy, and Media Operations for campaign builds and tracking.
