Job summary

Fluent, Inc. seeks an Account Manager for its Advertiser Success team in New York. You will leverage performance marketing expertise and strong client relationships to manage a book of business, deliver strategic plans, and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced ad tech environment.

You will coordinate onboarding, campaign optimization, and quarterly business reviews while identifying new revenue opportunities and maintaining excellent client service across Fluent’s Adflow platform.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience managing a book of business in digital performance marketing or ad tech.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; client-facing excellence.
Analytical mindset with attention to budgets, pacing, and results.

Responsibilities

Understand Adflow’s inventory, ML-driven optimization, reporting and processes to articulate value to advertisers.
Manage a book of business and relationships to meet/exceed client performance goals.
Monitor advertiser budgets and grow spend; present quarterly business reviews to top clients.
Lead client communications: onboarding, feedback, pacing reports, campaign recommendations and strategy.
Identify and implement revenue-driving opportunities across Adflow inventory and channels.
Coordinate onboarding with Business Development and Partner Development; support creative with Creative Strategy.
Provide feedback to internal teams to optimize campaigns and partner satisfaction.
Oversee monthly billable numbers for invoicing.
