Fluent, Inc. in New York is seeking an Account Manager to join the Advertiser Success team, leveraging performance marketing expertise, analytics, and relationship-building to service advertisers on the Adflow platform.

You will manage a book of business, optimize campaigns, monitor budgets, prepare business reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing a book of business in digital performance marketing or ad tech.
• Strong organizational and meticulous work style.
• Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting to clients.
• Ability to manage client budgets and revenue pacing.
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent written communication and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of Adflow inventory, optimization, reporting, and processes; articulate them to advertisers.
• Manage a book of business and maintain relationships to meet performance expectations.
• Monitor client budgets and grow advertising spend; present formal business reviews.
• Lead client communication for onboarding, pacing, and campaign recommendations.
• Identify and implement solutions grounded in measurable results; educate advertisers on Adflow’s solutions.
• Understand client KPIs and communicate them for optimization.
• Introduce new revenue-driving opportunities across Adflow’s inventory and channels.
• Oversee onboarding and invoicing workflows with cross-functional teams.
