EY is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in ADP Workforce Solution (WFS) to maximize client value from WFS investments. You will join EY People Consulting to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget across capabilities and geographies.

Based in the US with a hybrid travel schedule, you will lead large-scale WFS deployments, contribute to pre-sales, and develop design and training materials while mentoring project teams.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with the ADP Workforce Solution Timekeeping module.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Demonstrated ability in supporting client projects, leveraging knowledge in time management, attendance, leave management, and scheduling.
• Experience in participating or supporting global and/or multi-national ADP WFS system implementations.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel as needed, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with an average of three (3) days per week at a client site or within an EY office.

Responsabilités

• Deliver quality client service on large-scale WFS projects (ADP WFS).
• Gain advanced knowledge of ADP WFS and related applications.
• Support Workforce Solution configurations, implementations, modifications, and upgrades.
• Contribute to implementation services pre-sales and sales strategies.
• Facilitate working sessions for internal and client teams, tailoring objectives to meet client needs.
• Create functional and technical design documents, test plans, test cases, user training documents, and implementation documentation.
• Analyze data or facts and summarize findings.
• Support thought leadership initiatives to develop new or improved processes, methodologies, systems, tools, or services.
• Participate in full life cycle activities (Discovery, Design, Configuration, Build, Testing, Knowledge Transfer, Migration, and Postproduction Support).
