Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in ADP Workforce Solution (WFS) to develop and enhance our People Consulting ADP practice. You will drive large-scale WFS projects, ensuring on-time delivery and client value, while collaborating with cross-functional teams across capabilities, sectors, and geographies.

You will leverage your growing expertise in workforce management solutions, lead configuration efforts, and contribute to pre-sales and implementation activities, including design

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with the ADP Workforce Solution Timekeeping module.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Demonstrated ability in supporting client projects, leveraging knowledge in time management, attendance, leave management, and scheduling.
• Experience in participating in or supporting global and/or multi-national ADP WFS system implementations.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead on large-scale ADP WFS projects delivering client service and outputs.
• Gain advanced knowledge of the ADP Workforce Solution (WFS) and related applications.
• Support Workforce Solution configurations, implementations, modifications, and upgrades, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, design, development, and support.
• Participate in pre-sales and client sessions, tailoring objectives to client needs and creating design documents and test plans.
• Assist in postproduction support, migration activities and knowledge transfer.
