Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in ADP Workforce Solution (WFS) to lead large-scale WFS projects and deliver high-quality, on-time solutions. You will develop deep expertise in ADP WFS, participate in design, configuration, testing, and knowledge transfer, and contribute to pre-sales and client sessions.

With a focus on timekeeping, attendance and scheduling, you will support global deployments and collaborate across capabilities.

Qualifications

• : Holds at least 2-5 years of experience with the ADP Workforce Solution Timekeeping module.
• : Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• : Demonstrated ability in supporting client projects, leveraging knowledge in time management, attendance, leave management, and scheduling.
• : Experience in participating or supporting global and/or multi-national ADP WFS system implementations.
• : Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• : Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid environment with client-site or EY office presence.

Responsibilities

• You will be a key resource on large-scale WFS related projects, primarily ADP WFS.
• Deliver quality client service and work products, and balance multiple priorities.
• Gain advanced knowledge of the ADP Workforce Solution (WFS) and related applications.
• Support Workforce Solution configurations, implementations, modifications, and upgrades.
• Contribute to implementation services pre-sales and sales strategies.
• Assist in facilitating working sessions for internal and client teams.
• Create functional and technical design documents, test plans, and training materials.
• Analyze data and present findings.
• Support thought leadership and process improvements.
• Participate in full life cycle activities from Discovery to Postproduction Support.
