Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in ADP Workforce Solution (WFS) to help clients maximize value from their workforce investments. You will work with a team to deliver high-quality ADP WFS solutions on time and within budget, focusing on current-state assessments and practical design.

You will lead large-scale WFS implementations, collaborate across capabilities and geographies, and contribute to pre-sales activities while developing client-ready documentation and training

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with the ADP Workforce Solution Timekeeping module.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability in supporting client projects, leveraging knowledge in time management, attendance, leave management, and scheduling.
• Experience in participating in or supporting global and/or multi-national ADP WFS system implementations.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality client service and work products on large-scale WFS projects, primarily ADP WFS.
• Assist in requirements gathering, design, development, and support of WFS configurations and upgrades.
• Contribute to pre-sales and client-focused implementation activities and create supporting documentation.
• Analyze data, summarize findings, and support thought leadership to improve processes and tools.
