Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Senior Consultant specializing in ADP Workforce Solution (WFS) to develop and enhance our People Consulting ADP practice. You will deliver high-quality workforce solutions and ensure client value on time and within budget.

You will gain deep ADP WFS expertise, support configurations, and work across capabilities and geographies in a challenging, collaborative environment. The role requires travel and a hybrid work model with client-site or EY office presence.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with the ADP Workforce Solution Timekeeping module.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in supporting global and/or multi-national ADP WFS system implementations.
• Strong analytical abilities; proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel; comfortable with hybrid work (3 days on client site or EY office).

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale WFS projects, primarily ADP WFS implementations.
• Support configurations, implementations, modifications, and upgrades including requirements gathering, gap analysis, design, and tests.
• Create functional and technical design documents, test plans, and implementation documentation.
• Assist in pre-sales and client-session facilitation for WFS projects.
• Analyze data and present findings; contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
• Participate in full lifecycle activities (Discovery to Postproduction Support).
