Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Senior Consultant for ADP Workforce Solution (WFS) to help clients maximize value from workforce investments. You will work with EY teams across capabilities and geographies in a hybrid work environment.

You will lead WFS implementations, configure timekeeping, support pre-sales, and travel as needed to client sites. Ideal candidates hold a WFS certification and 2–5 years of ADP WFS Timekeeping experience, with strong Excel analytics.

Qualifications

• Hold at least one WFS certification, preferably in Timekeeping, with multiple certifications preferred.
• Leading enterprise ADP WFS implementations as a well-rounded consultant.
• Experience with reporting modules, especially in manufacturing, retail and healthcare.
• Analytics functionality within ADP WFS, both out of the box and tailored configuration.
• Attestation and clock configuration experience.
• Strong experience leading policy review workstreams to inform system design.
• Timekeeping experience, including accruals.

Responsibilities

• Be a key resource on large-scale WFS projects, delivering high-quality client service and work products.
• Gain advanced knowledge of ADP Workforce Solution (WFS) and related applications.
• Support configurations, implementations, modifications, and upgrades including requirements gathering and design.
• Contribute to pre-sales, sales strategies, and client sessions with tailored objectives.
• Create design documents, test plans, user training, and implementation documentation.
• Analyze data and present findings; participate in full life cycle activities from Discovery to Postproduction.
