Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in ADP Workforce Solution (WFS) to help deploy and optimize workforce management for global clients. You will work with a team to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget, focusing on ADP WFS configurations, integrations, and pre-sales activities.

Travel up to three days per week to client sites or EY offices; hybrid work model; Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of ADP WFS experience required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with the ADP Workforce Solution Timekeeping module.
• Experience supporting client projects in time management, attendance, leave management, and scheduling.
• Experience in participating in or supporting global and/or multi-national ADP WFS system implementations.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel as needed, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with an average of three (3) days per week at a client site or within an EY office.

Responsibilities

• Be a key resource on large-scale WFS projects, delivering quality client service and work products.
• Gain advanced knowledge of the ADP Workforce Solution (WFS) and related applications.
• Support Workforce Solution configurations, implementations, modifications, and upgrades, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, design, development, and support.
• Contribute to implementation services pre-sales and sales strategies (direct to end-client sales).
• Assist in facilitating working sessions for both internal and client teams, tailoring strategic objectives to meet specific client needs.
• Help create functional and technical design documents, test plans, test cases, user training documents, and implementation documentation.
• Analyze data or facts and assist in summarizing and presenting findings.
• Support thought leadership initiatives to develop new or improved processes, methodologies, systems, tools, or services.
• Participate in full life cycle activities (Discovery, Design, Configuration, Build, Testing, Knowledge Transfer, Migration, and Postproduction Support).
