Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in ADP Workforce Solution (WFS) to help clients maximize value from workforce management investments. You will work across capabilities and geographies, delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

The role focuses on understanding client states, applying best practices, and contributing to ADP WFS implementations, reporting, and timekeeping configurations in a hybrid EY environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with the ADP Workforce Solution Timekeeping module.
• Demonstrated ability in supporting client projects with time management, attendance, leave management, and scheduling.
• Experience in participating in or supporting global ADP WFS system implementations.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality client service and work products on large-scale WFS projects, primarily ADP WFS.
• Support configurations, implementations, modifications, and upgrades, including requirements gathering and design.
• Assist in pre-sales activities and sales strategies related to end-client engagement.
• Create functional and technical design documents, test plans, and implementation documentation.
• Participate in full life cycle activities from discovery to postproduction support.
