Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant specialized in ADP Workforce Solution (WFS) to drive workforce management projects across global clients. You will design, implement, and optimize WFS configurations, ensuring timely delivery and client value, with extensive collaboration across teams.

The role requires ADP WFS experience, strong analytics, and a willingness to travel. A hybrid work model is supported, including client sites and EY offices.

Qualifications

• Hold at least one WFS certification, preferably in Timekeeping.
• Leading enterprise ADP WFS implementations as a well-rounded consultant.
• Experience with reporting modules and analytics in ADP WFS.
• Analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid model with client-site time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key resource on large-scale WFS projects, focusing on ADP WFS implementations.
• Configure, modify, and upgrade Workforce Solution systems including requirements gathering and design.
• Contribute to pre-sales and sales strategies and client sessions.
• Create design documents, test plans, and training materials for implementations.
• Support data analysis, reporting, and postproduction activities across engagements.
