Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in ADP Workforce Solution (WFS) Timekeeping to develop and enhance our People Consulting practice. You will lead WFS projects, deliver high-quality client solutions, and collaborate across capabilities to maximize value for clients.

You will work in a hybrid EY environment with travel as needed, contributing to design, configuration, testing, and client training while building expertise in ADP WFS and related systems.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of ADP WFS Timekeeping experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience supporting client projects in time management, attendance, leave, and scheduling.
• Experience in global/multi-national ADP WFS implementations.
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid EY environment (3 days/week on-site).

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality client service and work products on large WFS projects.
• Gain advanced knowledge of ADP Workforce Solution and related applications.
• Support configurations, implementations, modifications, and upgrades.
• Contribute to pre-sales and client sessions, tailoring objectives to client needs.
• Create design documents, test plans, and training materials.
• Participate in full life cycle activities from discovery to postproduction support.
