Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in ADP Workforce Solution (WFS) Timekeeping to lead and deliver large-scale WFS projects for diverse clients. You will drive configuration, design, and deployment, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while leveraging your ADP WFS knowledge and analytics capabilities.

You will collaborate with global teams across capabilities, participate in pre-sales activities, and help shape Workforce Solution strategies, with a hybrid work arrangement and travel

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with the ADP Workforce Solution Timekeeping module.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience supporting client projects with time management, attendance, leave management, and scheduling.
• Experience in global or multi-national ADP WFS system implementations.
• Strong analytical abilities; proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel; comfortable working in a hybrid environment with ~3 days/week at a client site or EY office.

Responsibilities

• Be a key resource on large-scale WFS projects, delivering quality client service and work products.
• Gain advanced knowledge of ADP Workforce Solution (WFS) and related applications.
• Support configuration, implementations, modifications, and upgrades, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, design, and support.
• Contribute to pre-sales and sales strategies; assist in client sessions and objective alignment.
• Create functional and technical design docs, test plans, and implementation documents.
• Participate in full life cycle activities from discovery through postproduction support.
