Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in ADP Workforce Solution (WFS) to develop and enhance our People Consulting ADP practice. You will deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget for large-scale WFS projects, primarily ADP WFS, while gaining advanced knowledge of related applications.

You will contribute to design, configuration, build, testing, migration and postproduction support, and assist in pre-sales and client sessions to tailor objectives to client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience with the ADP Workforce Solution Timekeeping module.
• Experience supporting global and multinational ADP WFS system implementations.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead on large-scale WFS projects, primarily ADP WFS implementations.
• Assist in requirements gathering, design, configuration, build, testing, and deployment.
• Support pre-sales activities, client sessions, and implementation documentation.
