Job summary

EY in Boston is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in ADP Workforce Solution (WFS) to develop and enhance our People Consulting ADP practice. You will ensure clients achieve maximum value from workforce solution investments across global deployments.

You will work with a team to design, configure, and support WFS solutions, including reporting, timekeeping, and attendance modules, while collaborating across capabilities and geographies.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with the ADP Workforce Solution Timekeeping module.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Demonstrated ability in supporting client projects, leveraging knowledge in time management, attendance, leave management, and scheduling.
• Experience in participating in or supporting global and/or multi-national ADP WFS system implementations.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel as needed, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with an average of three (3) days per week at a client site or within an EY office.

Responsibilities

• Lead on large-scale ADP WFS projects and deliver quality client work.
• Gain advanced knowledge of ADP WFS and related applications.
• Support configurations, implementations, modifications, upgrades.
• Contribute to pre-sales, design documents, testing, and training.
