Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in ADP Workforce Solution (WFS) to help develop and enhance our People Consulting ADP practice. You will work with teams to deliver high-value workforce solutions on time and within budget, leveraging your ADP WFS and timekeeping experience across multi-national client engagements.

You will lead major WFS implementations, support configurations and upgrades, and contribute to pre-sales efforts.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with the ADP Workforce Solution Timekeeping module.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in supporting global and/or multi-national ADP WFS system implementations.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel as needed and work in a hybrid environment with ~3 days/week at client site or EY office.

Responsibilities

• Lead on large-scale WFS projects, delivering quality client service and outcomes.
• Gain advanced knowledge of the ADP Workforce Solution (WFS) and related applications.
• Support Workforce Solution configurations, implementations, modifications, and upgrades.
• Contribute to implementation services pre-sales and sales strategies.
• Facilitate working sessions for internal and client teams to tailor objectives.
• Create functional and technical design documents, test plans, and training materials.
• Participate in full lifecycle activities from Discovery to Postproduction Support.
