Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in ADP Workforce Solution (WFS) to help clients maximize value from their workforce solutions. You will work on large-scale WFS projects, deliver quality client service, and support configurations, upgrades, and pre-sales activities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gain expertise in timekeeping, accruals, and reporting, and travel as needed. EY offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with the ADP Workforce Solution Timekeeping module.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in supporting client projects, leveraging knowledge in time management, attendance, leave management, and scheduling.
• Experience in participating in or supporting global and/or multi-national ADP WFS system implementations.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel as needed, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with an average of three (3) days per week at a client site or within an EY office.

Responsibilities

• Lead on large-scale WFS projects, delivering quality client service and outputs.
• Gain advanced knowledge of the ADP Workforce Solution (WFS) and related applications.
• Support Workforce Solution configurations, implementations, modifications, and upgrades.
• Assist in facilitating client sessions and pre-sales activities tailored to client needs.
• Create functional/technical design documents, test plans, and training materials.
• Participate in full lifecycle activities from Discovery to Postproduction Support.
