Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Senior Consultant specializing in ADP Workforce Solution (WFS) to lead large-scale projects and ensure client value realization. The role focuses on timekeeping, analytics, and global implementations with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. It’s a hybrid role with roughly three days per week at client sites or EY offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–5 years’ ADP Workforce Solution Timekeeping experience.
• Experience with global/multi-national ADP WFS implementations.
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Knowledge of accruals and timekeeping processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on large-scale WFS projects with high client service quality.
• Support Workforce Solution configurations, implementations, modifications, and upgrades.
• Assist in pre-sales and sales strategies for end-client projects.
• Facilitate working sessions for internal and client teams.
• Create functional/technical design docs, test plans, and training materials.
• Participate in full life cycle activities from discovery to postproduction support.
